The living room and dining room are both good sized and have 5 inch ‪hickory flooring. The den has a fireplace that is wood burning, but has a gas starter which makes it easy to enjoy a nice fire. The basement garage fits 3 cars if needed and has long wooden shelves for storage and a work bench. There attic storage with pull down stairs and is completely floored with shelves for abundant space for more storage. The house is well insulated in the attic and garage therefore the utility bills are lower. All doors are solid wood and beautifully stained. The most enjoyable part of the house is the screened in porch which overlooks a sloping back yard. You are in a direct line of sight for all of the birds and squirrels. There is room for a grill and a small table for breakfast or lunch. The front yard is zoysia and requires little water and less time mowing. Part of the front yard is also natural so no mowing required there.
